Refund Policy

DevKit Dossier is sold by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment and pays the refund. On your card statement the charge appears as PADDLE.NET* DEVKIT.DEV; with PayPal, as PAYPAL *PADDLE.NET.

• 14-day money-back guarantee. Ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment, for any reason, and that payment is returned to you in full. No questions asked. A refunded subscription ends on the day of the refund.
• How to ask. Write to support@devkit.dev, use the link in your Paddle receipt, or go to https://paddle.net. The refund goes back to the payment method you paid with.
• Free trial. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time, from the account settings or from the link in your Paddle receipt. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew.
• Paddle's Refund Policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy) applies to your purchase as well. Where that policy or the law of your country gives you more than this page, the more generous rule applies.
